Version 10.1 of RTTOV was released in January 2011. An update, v10.2, was released in January 2012. RTTOV is available to licensed users free of charge. To become a licensed user of RTTOV v10, please send a request using the RTTOV v10 Request Form. Note that it is assumed that the user has experience of running Fortran 90 code under Linux or UNIX, and knowledge of basic radiative transfer theory.
